Fernanda Ruiz
Communications Manager
My background in social media and communication has helped me understand the importance of genuine connection and empathy, especially in mental health and in creating safe, supportive spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued. I hold a Bachelor of Business in Tourism and Hospitality, along with a Master of Business Administration in Global Leadership, which have shaped my passion for working with people and building meaningful community connections.
I am committed to supporting mental health through compassionate, people-centred, and trauma-informed care. Being part of a space that prioritizes healing, understanding, and emotional well-being aligns deeply with my values and the way I approach my work.
At Kalmind, Fatima and her team empower clients through personalized, culturally responsive, and compassionate care.
